Kevin Faulconer Addresses Rise In Violent Crime In San Francisco

Holds Newsom accountable for failure to keep Californians safe

This morning, former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer came to San Francisco to take a stand against rising crime that has been all but ignored under Gavin Newsom.

Faulconer accepted the endorsement of Dr. Christy Brown from Momstrong and was joined by local business owner Asher McInerney who spoke about San Francisco’s rising violent crime that residents are forced to deal with on a daily basis.

“Kevin Faulconer has a plan to address the addiction, mental health and homelessness crises facing our state,” said Dr. Christy Brown, Bay Area member of, a national non-partisan group of mothers (and fathers) whose children have been severely damaged by marijuana use. “As governor, he’ll help end the open-air drug markets that drive overdose deaths and contribute to rising crime and violence.”

With less than a week to go until Election Day, Faulconer continues to set himself apart as the only candidate who will finally put victims first and put criminals in jail.
